Delivery Information
ARACO Interiors delivers luxury furniture and designer lighting across the UK and internationally. All lead times are quoted from order confirmation. UK delivery is free. For delivery outside the UK, please request a shipping quote before paying.
Free UK Delivery
Free UK delivery on all orders, with no minimum spend. This applies to lighting, accessories and furniture alike — from a table lamp to a made-to-order sofa.

Smaller items including lighting, accessories and decorative pieces are dispatched via tracked courier. Large furniture items are delivered by our specialist two-person logistics partners.
Orders qualify for free UK delivery regardless of when the item is dispatched. This matters for made-to-order pieces with longer lead times — the qualifying date is the date of your order, not the date of delivery.
Lead Times by Brand
Lead times run from the date your order is confirmed. Made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled once production has started. If you have a project deadline, please contact us before placing your order.

| Dôme Deco | Approximately 4 weeks | Dôme Deco armchairs, wall art, bar furniture, benches, carpets and decorative pieces are made to order in Belgium. Please allow approximately 4 weeks for delivery. Larger Dôme Deco upholstery (sofas and corner sets) may carry a longer production schedule — the lead time shown on each product page applies. |
| Lladró | Approximately 2 weeks | Lladró porcelain lamps, sculptures and chandeliers are sourced directly from Lladró Spain and typically arrive within 10–14 working days of order confirmation. |
| CTO Lighting | Approximately 5–7 weeks | Every CTO Lighting piece is handcrafted to order in Britain using natural alabaster, precision brass and architectural glass. Lead time is 5–7 weeks from order confirmation. Contact us before ordering if you have a firm project deadline. |
| Araco Atelier | Approximately 8–12 weeks | All Araco Atelier sofas, armchairs, benches and beds are made to order in your chosen bouclé colourway. Free fabric samples are available before you order — request via our samples page. |
| Araco Lumière | Approximately 6–8 weeks | Araco Lumière decorative lighting pieces are made to order. Estimated lead time: 6–8 weeks. Availability and expected dispatch will be confirmed before accepting a project commitment. |

International Delivery — Request a Quote
All non-UK shipments require a delivery quote before payment, including furniture, lighting and accessories. This applies to Europe, the United States, Canada, the UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman and other international destinations.
Request a delivery quote with your chosen products, variants, quantities, delivery country, full address and postcode. Please include any delivery access requirements.
We will confirm delivery availability, shipping cost and estimated timing before you decide to pay. A quote request does not place an order, reserve stock or take payment.
Import Duties and Taxes
International delivery quotes are prepared on a delivered-duty-paid (DDP) basis. Carriage, customs clearance, import duties and local taxes are included in the price we quote you, so there is nothing further to pay on arrival. If any charge cannot be included on that basis for your destination, we will state it in your quote before you decide to pay.
Two-Person Delivery
All large furniture orders — sofas, armchairs, beds, dining tables, sideboards — are delivered by our specialist two-person logistics partners.
