Designed Around Your Project

Araco Interiors works with professional clients across residential, hospitality and commercial interiors. Our collections are edited rather than exhaustive — furniture and decorative lighting chosen for material quality, proportion and how well a piece holds a room.

Every professional enquiry is handled personally. We will talk through the brief, help identify suitable pieces, confirm the specification detail you need and prepare a quotation for the products and quantities involved. Where a piece sits outside our published range, we will tell you honestly whether we can source it.

Araco Interiors is a member of the British Institute of Interior Design (BIID).

What Trade Membership Includes

  • Project-Led Trade Pricing

Pricing is considered against the products, brands and quantities in each specification, including multi-room and multi-site orders, rather than applied as one fixed percentage.

  • Dedicated Trade Support

A named point of contact for product queries, quotations and order coordination, so you are not restarting the conversation each time.

  • Furniture & Lighting Sourcing

Assistance identifying suitable pieces across the Araco collections, and honest guidance on what can be sourced from our supplier network where something falls outside them.

  • Specification Assistance

Dimensions, materials, finishes, lead times and the technical information available for each piece, confirmed with the relevant brand where needed.

  • Samples & Finish Guidance

Help checking fabric, finish and material samples where these are offered by the relevant brand, and finish references where physical samples are not available.

  • Coordinated Delivery Planning

Support reviewing lead times and coordinating deliveries across a multi-item project where possible, with white-glove delivery and room placement available by quotation.

Project sourcing

How Membership Works

  1. Apply

Complete the short professional application below and tell us about your business and the type of projects you work on.

  2. Verification

The Araco team reviews the details provided and may contact you to understand your requirements more fully.

  3. Project Support

Once approved, you can request trade quotations and project assistance directly from the trade team.

Applications are reviewed individually. Trade pricing is prepared per project and depends on the products, brands and quantities involved, so it is not applied automatically at checkout.

From First Specification to Final Delivery

Most projects follow a similar path. We stay involved across all of it, and we will be direct with you about what is achievable at each stage.

  1. Initial brief — the rooms, the scheme, the quantities and the programme you are working to.
  2. Product selection and sourcing — suitable pieces from our collections, and honest guidance where something falls outside them.
  3. Quotation — priced for the products and quantities in your specification.
  4. Lead-time review — current manufacturing and stock positions, confirmed with the relevant brand.
  5. Order coordination — a single point of contact once the order is placed.
  6. Delivery planning — delivery scheduled around your site, with white-glove delivery available by quotation.
  7. Aftercare — care guidance, replacement parts and follow-up support.

Araco Interiors supplies and coordinates furniture and lighting. We do not provide architectural design, electrical installation or contract administration.

Trade Questions

Who can apply for an Araco trade account?

We work with interior designers, architects, property developers, hotel and hospitality groups, show-home and home-staging specialists, commercial designers, procurement professionals and retailers. Applications are reviewed individually, and we may ask for a company website, professional profile or company details to verify the business.

How is trade pricing calculated?

Trade pricing is prepared per project rather than set as one fixed discount. We look at the specific products, the brands involved, the quantities and the requirements of the project, then quote against that. This lets us offer the best available pricing for the order in front of us instead of applying a single blanket rate.

Does trade pricing apply to every brand?

No. What we can offer varies by brand and by product, because each brand sets its own terms. When you send a specification we will tell you clearly what is available on each item, including where a piece carries no additional trade allowance.

Can trade pricing be combined with promotions?

Please do not assume that trade pricing and promotional offers stack. Trade quotations are prepared separately from published promotions, and we will confirm which basis applies to your order before you commit.

Can Araco assist with product sourcing?

Yes. If a piece sits outside our published range we will look at what we can source through our supplier network and come back to you either with options or with a straight answer that we cannot help on that item.

Are samples available?

Samples are subject to availability and vary by brand. Fabric and finish samples can be requested for pieces where the relevant brand offers them, and where physical samples are not available we can usually provide finish references or photographs. Ask your contact when you send your specification.

Can Araco support hospitality and multi-room projects?

Yes. We supply furniture and decorative lighting for hospitality interiors, residential developments, show homes and commercial spaces, and we can coordinate deliveries across a multi-item project where the lead times allow it. We supply and coordinate; we do not carry out electrical installation or contract administration.

Do you have a showroom?

No. Araco Interiors does not have a showroom. We are an online business, which is part of how we keep pricing competitive. Where it helps, we can provide additional photography, dimensions, finish references and material detail so you can specify with confidence.

How do I request a project quotation?

Send your specification, schedule or product list to the trade team by email, or complete the application form on this page and include the project details. Include quantities, finishes and your target dates so the quotation is accurate first time.

What happens after I submit an application?

Your application is reviewed by the Araco team. We may contact you to understand your business and requirements more fully before approving the account. Once approved you can request trade quotations and project assistance directly from the trade team. Approval is not automatic and no discount is applied before verification.
