About Araco Interiors
Is Araco Interiors a member of the BIID?
Yes. Araco Interiors is a proud member of the British Institute of Interior Design (BIID) — the UK's only chartered professional organisation for interior designers. BIID-registered designers are welcome to apply for our trade account programme.
Where are you based?
Araco Interiors is based in London at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. We ship luxury furniture and lighting across the UK and internationally to Europe, the United States, the Middle East and Asia Pacific.
Delivery (UK)
Is UK delivery free?
Yes — free UK delivery on all orders, with no minimum spend, until 31 July 2026. This launch offer covers every UK order, from a table lamp to a made-to-order sofa.
Does the free delivery offer apply to made-to-order pieces?
Yes. Orders placed on or before 31 July 2026 qualify for free UK delivery regardless of when the item is dispatched. The qualifying date is the date of your order, not the date of delivery — so made-to-order Araco Atelier and CTO Lighting pieces with longer lead times still qualify.
How long does UK delivery take?
In-stock Tommy Franks pieces are delivered within 3 working days. Lladró arrives in approximately 2 weeks. CTO Lighting and Araco Lumière are handcrafted to order at approximately 5 to 7 weeks. Araco Atelier furniture is made to order at approximately 8 to 12 weeks. Lead times are noted on each product page. For urgent orders, please contact us before purchasing.
Do you offer white-glove delivery?
Yes. All large furniture orders are delivered by our specialist two-person team, including room-of-choice positioning, unpacking and packaging removal.
International Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Araco Interiors ships across Europe, and to Switzerland, Norway, the United Arab Emirates, Israel, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea and Malaysia. See our full Delivery Information page for rates and zones.
Does the free delivery offer apply internationally?
No. The free delivery launch offer applies to UK delivery only. International delivery is calculated at checkout.
How much does international delivery cost?
For lighting and accessories, delivery to Europe is £29.99 and to the rest of the world is £49.99, displayed in your local currency at checkout. Furniture deliveries to international destinations require a freight quotation — please contact our team before ordering large furniture pieces internationally.
What currencies do you accept?
Araco Interiors accepts orders in multiple currencies. Our store automatically displays prices in the currency relevant to your region:

- USD ($) — United States and Canada
- AED (د.إ) — Middle East
- AUD (AU$) — Australia and Asia Pacific
Are there import duties on international orders?
Import duties and taxes may apply on orders delivered outside the UK, depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or delivery charges.
Products
Can I order fabric or finish samples?
Yes, for Araco Atelier furniture pieces we can arrange material samples in all 10 bouclé colourways. Please request samples here.
Trade
Do you offer trade pricing?
Yes. We offer trade pricing for interior designers, architects, developers, hotels and show home specialists. Please visit our Trade & Projects page or email trade@aracointeriors.com to apply.
Are you a BIID member supplier?
Yes. Araco Interiors is a member of the British Institute of Interior Design (BIID). BIID-registered designers can apply for our trade account and will receive dedicated pricing, specification support and project coordination.

Returns
Can I return an item?
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days in original condition and packaging. Free returns, no restocking fee. Made-to-order pieces cannot be returned once production has started.
