Delivery Information
ARACO Interiors delivers luxury furniture and designer lighting across the UK and internationally. All lead times are quoted from order confirmation. Delivery costs are shown at checkout based on your delivery address and order contents.
Free UK Delivery — Launch Offer
Free UK delivery on all orders, with no minimum spend, until 31 July 2026. This launch offer applies to lighting, accessories and furniture alike — from a table lamp to a made-to-order sofa.

Smaller items including lighting, accessories and decorative pieces are dispatched via tracked courier. Large furniture items are delivered by a specialist two-person team with room-of-choice positioning and packaging removal included.
Orders placed on or before 31 July 2026 qualify for free UK delivery regardless of when the item is dispatched. This matters for made-to-order pieces with longer lead times — the qualifying date is the date of your order, not the date of delivery.
Lead Times by Brand
Lead times run from the date your order is confirmed. Made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled once production has started. If you have a project deadline, please contact us before placing your order.

| Dôme Deco | Approximately 4 weeks | Dôme Deco armchairs, wall art, bar furniture, benches, carpets and decorative pieces are made to order in Belgium. Please allow approximately 4 weeks for delivery. Larger Dôme Deco upholstery (sofas and corner sets) may carry a longer production schedule — the lead time shown on each product page applies. |
| Lladró | Approximately 2 weeks | Lladró porcelain lamps, sculptures and chandeliers are sourced directly from Lladró Spain and typically arrive within 10–14 working days of order confirmation. |
| CTO Lighting | Approximately 6 weeks | Every CTO Lighting piece is handcrafted to order in Britain using natural alabaster, precision brass and architectural glass. Lead time is 5–7 weeks from order confirmation. Contact us before ordering if you have a firm project deadline. |
| Araco Atelier | Approximately 8–12 weeks | All Araco Atelier sofas, armchairs, benches and beds are made to order in your chosen bouclé colourway. Free fabric samples are available before you order — request via our samples page. |

International Delivery
The free delivery launch offer applies to UK delivery only. International delivery costs are calculated at checkout. Large furniture items shipping internationally require a bespoke white-glove delivery quotation — please contact us before ordering.

Import Duties and Taxes
For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, import duties, customs fees and local taxes may apply on arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or delivery costs.
White Glove Delivery
All large furniture orders — sofas, armchairs, beds, dining tables, sideboards — are delivered by our specialist white-glove logistics partners. This service includes two-person delivery to your room of choice, unpacking, positioning and removal of all packaging materials.
