Every Araco Atelier sofa, armchair, bench and bed is crafted to residential and hospitality quality standards. We offer a 2-year structural guarantee on all Araco Atelier upholstered furniture, covering manufacturing defects in the frame, spring system and upholstery.

CTO Lighting — Craftsmanship Guarantee

CTO Lighting pieces are handcrafted by skilled artisans in the UK using premium materials. We offer a 2-year guarantee on all CTO Lighting products against manufacturing defects, in line with CTO Lighting's own quality assurance programme.

Araco Lumière — Lighting Guarantee

All Araco Lumière lighting products carry a 2-year guarantee against manufacturing defects. LED modules in our integrated LED designs are rated for 30,000–50,000 hours of use.

Tommy Franks — Quality Assurance

Tommy Franks furniture and lighting carries a 1-year manufacturer's guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship.

Lladró — Craftsmanship Guarantee

Lladró porcelain pieces are covered by Lladró's own quality guarantee. As an authorised Lladró stockist, we ensure every piece we ship is inspected and correctly packaged.

How to Make a Guarantee Claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect covered by our guarantee, please contact our team with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A description of the issue
  3. Photographs showing the defect

We will respond within 1 working day and arrange assessment, repair or replacement as appropriate.
