Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Please notify us in writing at sales@aracointeriors.com.

Condition of Returns

Items must be returned unused and in original packaging in a resaleable condition.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty. We can arrange collection for large items — contact us for a quote.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 working days of receiving the return, to your original payment method.

Faulty Items

Contact us immediately with photographs and your order number at sales@aracointeriors.com.

Bespoke Items

Made-to-order and bespoke items are non-returnable unless faulty.
