The Araco Lumière Frozen Cove Alabaster Pendant Light is a slim, vertical pendant carved from natural alabaster. Lit, the stone glows from within, revealing the soft veining and tonal variation unique to each piece — no two Cove pendants are identical.
Material & Light
Genuine natural alabaster with integrated LED illumination. Alabaster is a translucent stone: rather than casting light downward like glass or metal shades, it diffuses a warm, even glow through its surface, which is why it has become the signature material of high-end lighting schemes.
Available Sizes
- D70 × 200mm
- D70 × 250mm
- D70 × 300mm
- D70 × 350mm
- D70 × 400mm
- D70 × 500mm
- D70 × 600mm
Where to use it
The slim column form is made for repetition: a trio at staggered heights over a kitchen island, pairs flanking a bed in place of table lamps, or a cascade through a stairwell or double-height hallway. The seven lengths let you mix drops within one installation.
Why designers choose it
Natural stone at this price point is rare — most pendants under £400 use resin or glass alabaster-effect shades. Designers specify the Cove where a project needs genuine material honesty: show homes, boutique hotel corridors, and principal bedrooms.
Trade & projects
Multi-unit orders for hospitality and residential developments are supported — contact our trade team for project pricing and lead times.
FAQs
Is the Frozen Cove pendant real alabaster?
Yes. Each shade is cut from natural alabaster, so veining and tone vary slightly piece to piece.
Which size should I choose?
200–300mm drops suit bedside and compact spaces; 350–600mm suit kitchen islands, stairwells and taller ceilings, especially staggered in multiples.
Is it suitable for hotel and trade projects?
Yes — the Cove is frequently specified for boutique hospitality and show home schemes. Trade enquiries are welcome.
