What does Araco Interiors sell?
Araco Interiors sells luxury furniture and designer lighting for residential, trade and hospitality customers. Our collections include Araco Atelier upholstered furniture, Araco Lumiere decorative lighting, CTO Lighting, Tommy Franks furniture and Lladro porcelain lighting and sculptures.
Is Araco Interiors a genuine retailer?

Ordering and Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Tommy Franks approximately 1 week. Lladro approximately 2 weeks. CTO Lighting and Araco Lumiere approximately 5 to 7 weeks. Araco Atelier approximately 8 to 12 weeks. All lead times are from order confirmation. Full delivery information here.
Is UK delivery free?
Free UK delivery is available on all orders over £500. Orders under £500 incur a delivery charge of £29.99.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to Europe, the UAE, the United States, Australia, Canada and many other countries. International delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order contents.
What is white-glove delivery?
White-glove delivery for large furniture items includes two-person delivery to your room of choice, unpacking and positioning, and removal of all packaging. White-glove delivery costs for large furniture are confirmed at checkout or quoted on request.
Returns and Cancellations
Can I return furniture I buy from Araco?
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days with no restocking fee. Made-to-order items — including Araco Atelier furniture, Araco Lumiere lighting and CTO Lighting — cannot be returned once production has started. Full returns policy here.
Can I cancel a made-to-order item?
Made-to-order items can be cancelled before production begins. Once production starts, cancellations cannot be accepted. Contact us as soon as possible at sales@aracointeriors.com if you need to discuss a cancellation.

Can I combine discount codes?

Do you offer trade pricing for interior designers?
Yes. Araco Interiors is a BIID member supplier with trade pricing for interior designers, architects, developers and hospitality professionals. Apply for a trade account here.
Can you supply hotels and hospitality projects?

Can I get fabric samples before ordering Araco Atelier furniture?
Yes. Free bouclé fabric samples are available in all 10 Araco Atelier colourways. Request samples here.
Are CTO Lighting pieces genuine alabaster?
Yes. Every CTO Lighting alabaster piece uses genuine natural honed alabaster stone. No two pieces are identical due to the natural variation in the material.
What is the difference between Araco Atelier and Tommy Franks?
Araco Atelier is our in-house collection of made-to-order upholstered furniture in bouclé — available in 10 colourways with an 8 to 12 week lead time. Tommy Franks is a premium British furniture brand with a broader range including dining, storage and occasional pieces — with a shorter lead time of approximately 1 week for most pieces.
